With current situation, I decided to buy clothes on line, realy hate doing this as I like to try things on, and didn't want hassle of sending things back if they weren't right. So logged on through f.b took 3 attempts to.order, it gets to putting the card details in then I bottle it anxiety kicks in 😕, desperate to get some clothes for my holiday I finally do it and my orders placed, few hours later after speaking with my daughter she says I can track my items so I go to log on and I carnt, won't let me use my password and had problems saying my email wasn't connected , payment gone from bank so I became stressed worried and feeling like I wish I hadn't bothered, anyway my daughter showed me that I could contact boohoo through WhatsApp, and they were brill, answered promptly and helped sort it, all my clothes arrived when said,, clothes a little on small side and 3 items out of 7 didn't fit,at all but my daughter benefited from that, all were nice for money I paid, will definitely order again ❤
