I had an EV wall charger installed with BOXT They don’t give the installer the box to install , instead try and get it couriered to arrive at the same time as the installers arrival!!!!
So the installer is booked to arrive between 7-930 And then box is booked to arrive between 7-930
Cut a long story short, the installer didn’t want to wait potentially 2 hours for the charger to arrive, so didn’t turn up and did another job in the meantime He came back at 4 in the afternoon. Left at 7 and hadn’t finished
I Complained to BOXT via online chat who said “ I can’t help so I’m going to end this chat” really rude - Clare I think her name was- see chat transcript below
No support open from BOXT on weekend ! They are closed Eventually, got the box working after the installer suggest I play around with the configuration settings!
I complained on the Monday and was told I would receive compensation which I haven’t, and it’s been over a month I also haven’t received my building regulation documents which they promised
I genuinely hand on Heart predict this company will not be around in the next year. Possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced, yes ever!
I left this review on trustpilot and they tried to get it removed . Just being honest guys
