As a 21 year old not really know what I’m doing as it’s my first time insuring my truck on my own with out having mother at my side I found all the information needed overwhelming but when I spoke to jat on the phone and she broke everything down for me to understand and made my life a lot easier to understand it all after many of phone calls back and forward through out the day we sorted it and I’m covered for another year, lastly I would like to thank you jat for staying on longer on her shift as one of her colleagues said she was meant to be finishing at 5pm but didn’t finish the call with me till 6pm this went a long way for me, jat was a 10/10 For service hope she gets rewarded from this.
