I had conducted extensive research on various car insurance companies, but unfortunately, the options I found exceeded my budget. Additionally, I have accumulated a few points on my license. During my search, I came across an online insurance broker who proved to be an expert in the field. I decided to purchase a policy through them and proceeded to make a deposit. However, after realizing that I had provided incorrect information, I promptly contacted the broker to rectify the situation. As a result, my policy was cancelled, but instead of refunding the deposit, the broker went above and beyond their duty and diligently assisted me in finding the best alternative for my insurance policy.
