After many hours of researching & visiting showrooms we opted to purchase our log burner from Calido. Despite knowing what we were after we spent a lot of time in the showroom with the very knowledgable staff (particularly John, he’s so clued up and enthusiastic but also not “salesy” like which we really liked). The selection of stoves & price point are competitive! We’ve since had our burner installed & it’s made such a difference in terms of heat & aesthetics. The addition of the complimentary starter kit is amazing, wasn’t expecting it so that was such a nice touch! Would highly recommend Calido, so pleased that we could support local & I believe “people buy from people” - 1st class service.
