My recent experience is that they're a great company. They have products you can't find just anywhere which led me to look at their website initially. For an upcoming tour I was looking for a LARGE capacity road bike seat bag for a very small bike and ordered 3 that were most likely to fit. The shipment arrived quickly. I was able to choose the optimal bag for my purposes which was the L size Ortlieb. The others went back in the box and Campfire Cycling even provided return shipping which I thought was pretty awesome.
