Since Covid, CareCo is the only mobility retailer to survive in the heart of Canterbury, but my Wife and I wouldn't shop anywhere else, even if we had the luxury of other options. We have been visitors here since it opened some years ago, buying 2 scooters and a riser-recliner each in the process, with no issues whatsoever. The staff are consistently attentive, with the main emphasis placed on the right product for us both, with no hard sell. As somebody with over 30 years' experience within international sales I can assure you this is very rare. We are even greeted by name now such is our regularity, and also have got to know the team by their names too. A reassuring, caring showroom, part of a wonderfully run operation. Bravo CareCo.
