Visiting CareCo in Hayes was an experience!
I did not know i was walking into a place where it felt like i was visiting old friends.
We were offered a cup of tea and biccies, and we had a good old laugh with the sales team. I am very pleased with my purchase of a chair and i'm looking forward to receiving this over the next couple of weeks.
Thank you CareCo, it's so refreshing to have a place so happy and helpful.
My only negative point - it would be fab to have some music playing
