Excellent Customer Service from the top down! I recently had an issue with my mothers wheelchair and had input and support from the top down - including the CEO and the Product Manager who took a personal interest in getting my mother mobile again. They were even responding immediately to emails in the evening and weekends, getting me easy to follow instructions to remedy the issue asap and keeping in contact to ensure the issue had been fixed. Excellent company, excellent service and excellent management - leading with customer service at the heart of how they do business - with the company following from their amazing example. Thanks to all of you my mother is mobile and happy again ... well done !!!
