I wish to express my sincere thanks for the excellent customer service which my Dad and I received from your Ipswich branch on Friday 26 April, when we visited over the lunchtime period to discuss and purchase a mobility scooter. The entire experience was absolutely superb – from the initial greeting, right through to the purchase. The lady demonstrated very high level of friendliness, patience, and efficiency. She showed us how to put the scooter together and allowed my Dad more than adequate amount of time to try the scooter out. Dad was able to find out all he needed, and to try out the scooter, in a very comfortable manner without feeling rushed.
