We are very happy with the training from caretutor. The videos/ materials are very practical, clear , educative and relevant. Our staff have not found any problems in their learning. However, we have been faced with a challenge of supplying our staff to care homes ( no enough shifts yet). We are yet to test the effectiveness and how the staff have developed their skills and knowledge from these trainings. We are in the process of registering with CQC for domiciliary care, this will give a perfect opportunity for us to effectively measure the impact of the training. We intend to continue using caretutor as our preferred online training company.
