We have used Carjet twice in Faro, Portugal. In each case it was trouble free and the prices were way below the next competitor. Yes, at the rental desk the hire company will try and sell you extra insurance cover and freeze 1500-2000 euros on your credit card to cover damage, but all of the hire companies do the same, irrespective of which online agency you book through. A firm, polite refusal is all that is required. I am about to book with Carjet again in December.
