had a booking with you for the 30th April. When i got to KW in Lisbon i paid the amount left i had to pay and when they tried to use the card for the 2450€ deposit i was told the card wasn’t accepted. The lady tried it three times and couldn’t use my card. The refunded the money i had paid there cause it was clearly not my fault and I now ask you to refund the amount of 30.94€ i paid to CarJet for the three day rental i had booked with you. I couldn’t pick up the car and had to reschedule all the plans I had for the weekend which caused me some trouble.
I sent you an email regarding this topic, and I have now been waiting for over a month for your reply but haven't heard anything from you.
Could you help me, please?
