rented a car for the 23 of Dec to be picked up from Larnaca airport . I provided my approximate arrival time. As I arrived I waited me and family members at the requested place for about half a hour but the shuttle didn't come to pick us up. I phoned them several times but no body answered the phone. I took a Taxi to the office and to my surprise the office was closed. I returned to the airport and rented another car from another company but have to pay mor than double since it's much More expensive to make a booking directly.next day I sent an email to Car jet.
