They are bunch of crooks who have no customer care.
I booked a car at Tirana airport and later on when I tried to update the flight details they do not let me do that.
When we got to Tirana airport the local car company asked me for €151.00 more because they had only bigger cars.
I refused to pay and next day I booked another car.
Car jet refused to give me refund even when I booked another car through them for next day.
Later on I found that the company they booked my car is known for doing that to customers.
Batter not use car jet.
