Car Jet offered vehicles for hire at a good rate. However, when I responded on 8/3 (Hyundai Staria from Europcar in Bloemfontein 18/3 - 27/3) my payment was declined. The apparent reason being that no vehicle was available. Car Jet itself calls it an offer. Legally if an offer is accepted (as I did) a contract is formed. Majel Wessels.
