Horrendous experience, no compassion or efficiency regarding customer services. Contacted them about my delayed flight, was assured that the rental was available to 00.30 Arrived at the airport.. no one responded to our many calls … result… all night in the cold airport. Next day told our car was no longer available … but were charged for it! Had to arrange and pay again for another car. First day of holiday ruined having to make phone calls, e mails …further emails and calls during the week to no avail. Just been told there will be no refund! Now proceeding with a fraud claim because conditions of car rental have not been respected.
