Despite finishing my work early in Istanbul and returning the car on April 22, 2024, the 7/24 car rental company has refused to provide a refund for the service that was not delivered as agreed upon. Furthermore, my attempts to contact CarJet for assistance in resolving this issue have been met with significant challenges and have been ultimately unsuccessful, leaving me feeling abandoned as a customer in need of support. In conclusion, my experience with the 7/24 car rental service arranged through CarJet has been extremely disappointing and frustrating.
