Terrible terrible company. Flight was delayed so we tried to contact CarJet on the Spanish number given and after 8 or 9 attempts with no answer we had to give up. The car hire company Goldcar was closed by the time we arrived. The next morning we were told Carjet kindly cancelled our booking and won’t refund our flight money. So we are now on holiday for 1 week with no car! Carjet make reference to an obscure phrase on the contract about we had 59 minutes to advise of the delay but if THEY DONT ANSWER THE PHONE how can we advise them! We will NEVER use these criminals again!
