Unfair company. I STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST USING THEM! I made a reservation and paid for it in advance. As stated on the voucher, I contacted the rental company on the day of pick-up to collect the car. To my surprise, I was informed that they did not have the car and that my reservation had been canceled. I received no information from CarJet about this. When I contacted them, I was told that I should have reported to the rental company - which I did! To this day - almost 3 weeks have passed - I have not only received no explanation of the situation or an apology, but even a refund for the unfulfilled service. Scammers. I advise you to avoid them.
