The service and product from Cartridge People was as usual excellent, unfortunately the delivery from Evri was not, Firstly they sent a message saying they had received a parcel for me. OK. They said they'd notify me when it was out for delivery. They didn't. They notified me they'd left the parcel in a safe place which turned out to be a wheelie bin that had no connection to me, (see picture) 30 minutes later I received a message saying they couldnt deliver to me and would be in touch the following day, I ended up going through 5 neighbours wheelie bins looknig for a parcel I wasn't sure was there or not, If I had taken the message at face value I would have ended up with no parcel and the hassle of trying to convince Cartridge People that I hadn't received it. I would avoid anything to do with Evri after this experience. The recommendation below is based on the assumption Cartridge People will continue using Evri.
