I phoned to report a difficulty I had with a coloured ink cartridge that was not printing any yellow. I explained the circumstances to a person called Liam who agreed all was not well and arranged to supply a free replacement cartridge. This was received the next day and I reported back that it worked OK. Thus proving that I had originally received a faulty cartridge.
