If you have a HP Printer and its been a relatively recent purchase the you might just find compatible replacements do not work and with the perseverance of cartridge people and a number of replacements I finally got my printer back working.
Thank you for your persistence and unflustered assistance I have now thrown my Birch stick away so I can't thrash the printer again now the problem is solved. I will be ordering another cartridge today and there will be 5 Stars if all goes well
