It was easy to order from the website, and my order arrived quickly. The prices were a bit higher than what I would have liked, but it was worth it as I had a hard time finding the item ordered elsewhere.
My only real concern is the short return period. This was a Christmas gift, and there was no way for me to wrap it and give at Cristmas time due to the short 15 day return period. I had to give the git early to be sure that it fit. You should really extend the return period for the holidays.
