Product good! Understand this to be a challenging shipping year but received product in 20 days! Too long for Xmas. I am frustrated that I could not communicate with your comp. Tried by phone, email, chat. All failed. Finally received email back. I thought you were a fraudulent site! In the end I received item and an email to let me know it was coming!
