Your chat staff were very good.
Unfortunately the coat was too large...42...even though my shirt size is 41...and when I tried to exchange the coat for a 40 not two weeks after the initial order, I was informed that the size was not in stock and would not be available until August/September.
This is extremely disappointing and I find it extraordinary that you had sold out of size 40 in such a short period of time.
And I must pay return postage. Very stingy on your part.
