Die Ware, ein Sichtbuch von Leitz war leicht beschädigt. Brauchte den Artikel aber sofort, es war keine Zeit für Rücksendung und Neubestellung....
Durch die vom Händler vorgegebene Zahlungsart Vorkasse hat sich die Lieferung eh schon um mehrere Tage verzögert und das hat mich genervt, so dass ich die Bestellung schon stornieren wollte.
Schade! Fand den Online -Händler im zuerst sehr gut und professionell.....
