Your flights fares good. Three are three things ( in my humble opinion) you may want to improve: 1. Teach your representatives to be patient, to talk slowly and to avoid the technical slang. 2. Teach them to clearly answer the questions and not to try to sell the other fares (different time, different route etc.). 3. Why during booking I can't purchase different tickets for the way back? (ie one way the Basic Economy and back Economy or something better). Yes, there is a time consuming and risky way to do so, all the way around; to purches the more expensive tickets for the whole trip, wait for the payment to go through, to call again and to try to change the price for that one leg. One may be successful, may be not. If one is successful, one still need to wait again for the new payment to go through. Really, who has time for all that? Most recently because I will not travel alone and the other party already bought tickets l wanted to buy cheaper ticket one way and the more expensive one on my way back. I just simply wanted to pay you a little more money, but after hearing all the instructions what needed to be done and how much more time was needed l gave up. Conclusions: yes, you have good fares.
