Terrible service and a shocking bad experience!
My flatmate booked in advance via compare the man & van website. We even paid the deposit. But the driver didn't show up and no one in the company took the responsibility. It is been more than a week, we even have sent a formal complaint via email and we are waiting but they have not responded.
