DON'T USE THIER SERVICE AT ALL! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Here is what happened to me and my flatmate: On 13/07/2021 I contacted the Company through their website for a quote and to book the services on 21/07/2021 for removals from Chelsea Cloisters, Sloane Avenue, London, SW3 3DY to Sparkford House, Battersea Church Road, London, SW11 3NQ. The Company provided me with a quote of £49.84 and confirmed availability for the requested date of 21/07/2021 at 11:00 AM. The Company requested payment of a deposit of £15.19. On 14/07/2021, I paid the requested deposit and entered a “contractual agreement” for the Company’s services (see attached confirmation from the Company). On 21/07/2021 at 09:55 I received a confirmation by text (see attached) that the Company’s driver would arrive at our address on time within one hour. At 11:00 AM the driver had not arrived at our address despite the company having messaged to say that he was on his way. I initially tried to contact the Company directly but received no response. I then tried contacting the driver (Load Transporter) through the number on the confirmation email (07450263064). I was connected to a man who then connected me to the driver. I subsequently contacted the driver. The driver informed me that he would not be doing the removals job as he was not working. I immediately then phoned the company and who tried to reassure me that they would contact me as soon as possible to resolve the problem. Over two hours passed and I was never contacted by the Company. I contacted the Company again and the agent said that I would be contacted by them in due course. I was never contacted by the Company. This was extremely frustrating as my tenancy agreement at Sloane Avenue is coming to an end and I needed to have the apartment cleaned and the keys returned to the landlord on 22/07/2021 following the removals having taken place. I contacted the company by telephone but was provided with no alternative driver. The Company had breached its contractual obligations and I had no choice other than to book Bolt taxis for my removals is this was the most immediate means of carrying out our home move. The Bolt drivers did not help move their customers belongings from their apartments as they are not supposed to be providing removals services. My flatmate and I had therefore to painstakingly move the heavy suitcases downstairs (it was an extremely hot day with temperatures reaching 30°C) into the Bolt car and then to our new apartment. I had to hire Bolt drivers 5 times as we could not trust any removing companies anymore at that tough situation! I even fainted as a result of the physical exhaustion that I had to endure as a result of the Company not sending rendering its services and thereby not fulfilling its contractual obligations. Moreover, I contacted them via email and sent a formal complaint, no response and call from them. They were not responsive to our issue. We paid the deposit,no service, no refund!! They have terrible service and terrible customer service!! It is a shame!
