Van booked and got confirmation email.
On day of booking no one showed. Phoned the driver who said it wasn't his problem. Phoned customer service (who don't understand the meaning of the term) who begrudgingly organised another collection. The second collection then also never turned up. In the end i have given up and now have to wait 7-0 working days for a refund.
Disgusting attitude, terrible customer service. Avoid at all costs
