AVOID AT ALL COST.
Worst customer service I've ever experienced I was waiting for 7 (SEVEN) hours till I finally managed to get something by myself and ask them to refund me. It was absolutely ridiculous how customer service had me going in circles saying the driver was on the way whilst the driver was telling me that he was absolutely full. And would not be able to attend till at least 4 hours after I was waiting 2 already.
Seriously, don't do this to yourself, there are other options out there, I'm glad I was not tight
