The company has some very good drivers however due to the non excitant customer service there is now no quality control, in a nut shell their slowing drivers to put in ridiculous quotes eg 2 men for 2.5 hours for £70 once you take of the fuel ULZ C charges you would be earning less then an employed courier, why on earth would you do this. Well to firstly squire the job as in this case the customer and I have to say foolishly chides cheap over reviews. The driver may turn up but has no real incentive as the quote is so low and may well have acquired a better paying job before your booking and drop you like a stone, they can do this with no come back as there is now no admin the idea being that drivers who provide low quotes in order to secure work only to not turn up or refuse to honour the booking details. The website was until ownership changed the best in the U.K. as it was built on the back of customer service. It now literally has none. My final point is this, there are extremely good service providers on the site who have competitive prices with hundreds of 5 star reviews if you chose these drivers you will be very satisfied. If for instance someone has completed 100 jobs but only has say 10 reviews please read between the lines. I’m sorry to have to leave this honest review but watching a perfectly working platform be raped by the corporates is so depressing. Please do youse the 5 star 10/10 provides on the site if you go with the highest reviews you will receive a great service if not take your chances and hope for the best.
