Don't use this company, they sell you services for highly rated people and then substitute driver with one that has a very low rating.
It was nightmare to cancel my service as I needed reliable driver for delivery of fragile items.
Also after telling company that they are breaching UK regulations for services they providing (sending lower rated driver, when I have payed premium price for a highly rated one), they agreed to refund, but never actually did, money was not refunded, I had to chase them again after weeks.
