Your sales team and delivery were excellent. However, I still cannot get this printer to work although I have had a few people who know what they are doing try. Very disappointed as it seems everything you buy these days is either so complicated one cannot figure out how to use it or it is broken. I shall have to now pay for someone to look at it. Perhaps more succinct instructions should be looked at as they are so beyond most peoples ken. Keeping it simple seems to be a catch phrase that is no longer relevant. Not your fault but thought you need to tell the supplier. I am sure there are many who have no problems just as there are many who do especially ones not IT literate.
