I recently enquired CompuCoast on their live chat. I waited less than a minute and the response was informative. I subsequently order a 48" monitor later that day. The following day, the order was still marked processing in the morning and the website said out of stock. I was a little concerned, so I contacted them to ask how long processing generally takes on their live chat. Again I waited less than a minute and was advised it had been processed and would arrive the next day. It did and I couldn't of been happier with the service. It was the best price in the market without having to negotiate or use a discount code, but more more importantly for me, the customer service was A grade. Will definitely be my first point of call for future purchases.
