Chat feature was extremely busy as I used it at 6pm. However, when I did get through, I was offered a call back from customer care. JI1 dealt with my query, offering a new policy to cover my change of vehicle. Requested time to think about it and compare quotes, receiving a call back from JI1 at the agreed time the next day.
Quote offered was good value for my requirements and JI1 gave a clear explanation of all benefits of the all the nuances of the policy. JI1 was professional, knowledgable and had a good sense of humour!
