LD7 was very good but I would not recommend using One Call Insurance as an insurance provider. It is incredibly difficult to speak to someone who is able to help. My claim has been shifted to 3 different outsourced companies, my vehicle written off in a non fault accident - it took 3+ hours to recover from the scene, waiting in the ice cold, and it was then moved all over the country with little help in returning my personal effects. The only option to speak to an agent with One Call Insurance is to use a live chat function which can only accessed via an obscure link in the FAQs on the portal. The live chat is not accessible by phone, only by computer in my experience. I am so frustrated with dealing with One Call Insurance because they continue to URGENTLY request documents but give no information about what documents are required and threaten to cancel my insurance if I do not take action. It is not worth the so called “savings” if this is a cheaper option you are considering. In the end, it took 8 stressful weeks to settle a claim where another driver crashed into me. I am grateful for the cover, but I think the company should invest the money that the customers pay yearly in employing more people to help the customers who are paying for the service!!!
