A score is always based on how personal expectations are met or missed, for me I find the “online chat” experience painful and unreliable, although it does at least point out how the session can be (so easily) disrupted.
That said, they were able to provide a competitive quote and when you connect with a member of the team, they are generally very helpful - shout out to JW5!
If you are looking for a competitive price, don’t want to insure anything too “interesting” and plus you’re happy with a solely online engagement, go for it.. not sure I will again.
