ET3 was really, really helpful after I had been misinformed and then completely aired by Umar T.
I got great service from ET3 in the end but generally was really not impressed to get a significant increase on my renewal quote which was immediately discounted when I found a better deal elsewhere.
This is not how to treat customers. I think One Call offer a great service and we love that it is from Donnie but I have spent hours this afternoon to sort out my renewal which is just not helpful.
