I had a problem with sending my Proof of “No Claims Bonus” the cancellation letter from my previous insurer was not sufficient proof and was an incorrect format, which I didn’t understand!
After speaking with Rylie, the issue was resolved, I had to contact my previous insurer who subsequently sent me an acceptable ncb, which I forwarded on my One Call portal.
