I needed to talk to live chat, I couldn't seem to register onto the Customer portal, and I hadn't received an email link.
JC3 spent time with me online, helping iron out the problems that I was experiencing. I got the link, then there were queries, I kept copying and pasting them to him and for each one he sorted it out.
I can now log into my policies with a password, which I had spent time trying to do alone.
