We appreciate the reliable service that we receive from CMS and Dana is great when I have been able to reach her :)
We do struggle with the seeming constant change in staff at CMS... Being a multiple franchise owner, we rely heavily on CMS and are often frustrated when notes on our account are not read and adhered to when booking appts.
We do appreciate the courteous and friendly tone of most of the agents and believe the service is an asset to our business
