I ordered a selection box for my dad’s birthday and DPD delivered to the wrong address despite all the emails confirming the address I had input. I emailed Cutter & Squidge who came back promptly with options on how to correct the issue and they sent out a new box the next working day. Oana was very helpful in getting the issue sorted.
