Having ordered a set of garden furniture I found delivery was prompt. However on opening up one of the packages I found there was damage to one of the chairs. I emailed the customer service and informed them of the damage.
The following morning 09.30 a replacement package was delivered without issue.
Excellent service/customer service throughout. Lottie having been extremely helpful and very prompt in her actions.
I strongly recommend this company (especially Lottie in customer service) and their products.
