The cd key provided was for the PC epic games version. However the key provided was XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX when epic games only take the following format XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX which in turn makes the key invalid.
Unsatisfied in general with the service.
