I’m a VERY frequent customer and have purchased a lot of lovely and hard to find items. I’ve been happy for the most part, but have received a lot of damaged items as well. Customer service used to be very attentive to your needs, but that’s changed. I wish they’d come up with more unique items as in the past, but lately it seems that the items are repetitive and very expensive as well. I just hope they return to company they once were. I’m taking off one star for the above reasons plus the fact that many items look very different from the photos, especially colors shown. I’ll always purchase from this company and hope that they improve. Enclosed are a lovely hallway table and candle holders I purchased in the past that I absolutely love.
