I have ordered from this company since the beginning and have always been pleased until my last two purchases: the summer steal it box and my most recent surprise box. There has always been a feeling in the past of a lot of bang for your buck, however the steal it box felt at or slightly less than what I paid, the faux plant in it was horrible, half the leaves had fallen out or were stuck to the packaging, I know I’m not the only one who had that issue. The recent surprise box was a HUGE disappointment, the box had come open in shipping and due to the “empty” space in the box, I believe (hope) some of it went missing. I received 4 items, 3 of which were broken and none of which had any value, no where near the money I paid for it. I have to give Decor Steals credit, when I reached out to them they offered a substantial refund. I truly hope they step up their game and go back to offering the quality merchandise that they used to or my Decor Steals purchases may become a thing of the past.
