Typicaly very happy with everything I get and I get A LOT. Unfortunately though I am asked to do a review on an item I not only paid for but I haven't even received it. I have asked about shipping and I'm told it shipped but order checker on the website shows as processing. I have sent a screenshot of that too but I get the same response back so I honestly feel like my request are not actually read. So disappointed 😞
