I bought a lamp that came in a box that was dented with holes all over with the lamp completely broken. I filled out the damaged claim online and sent pictures. Decor Steals responded within 24 or so hours and offered a full refund or a new lamp. I have yet to receive my lamp so I can’t review how I like it yet but I can say their customer service is excellent!
